Early check-in is not guaranteed but may be available at an additional fee. If you arrive before check-in time, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us, ask a team member on property and we will get you sorted out.
Late checkout is based on availability and requires an additional fee. Checking out later than 4:00pm will result in being charged for an additional night’s stay.
DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS
By approving these terms and conditions, the guest agrees to all charges made throughout their stay. Please contact the property directly for any disputes or requests for reimbursements. Online travel agencies such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc. each have their payment policies. Please read the policies located on our page within their site to see how you will be charged.
INCIDENTAL CHARGE
At the time of check in, a valid ID and credit card must be provided. A temporary hold will be placed on your card that will be released within 3-5 business days after you check out of your room.
Cancellations
Standard Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations requested seven days before check-in are fully refundable. Requests after seven days will not be fulfilled. Refunds requested after a guest has checked in will be denied. Removing days from a stay outside our cancellation window, or while already in-house, will not be refunded.
Advanced Purchase and Non-Refundable Rate Cancellation Policy:
All reservations booked as advanced purchase, or non-refundable, are non-refundable immediately after booking. There will be no exceptions.
Third-Party Booking Cancellation Policy:
Online travel agencies such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc. have their own cancellation policies. Please read the policies located on our listing on their site.
PARKING
24-hour self-parking is available at the hotel. The lot is first come first serve.
HOUSEKEEPING
Yes, we offer housekeeping by request only (24hr notice required), for a fee. Shoot us a text at (760) 374 4483 and we’ll arrange it for you.
QUIET HOURS
Out of respect of every guest and to be in compliance with Palm Springs short-term rental ordinance, our quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Smoking
Our property has non-smoking rooms only. If smoking is suspected in your unit you will be charged an incidentals fee of up to $500, depending on the unit size. Ask a team member for areas where smoking is allowed.
Pets
We are a pet-free location. Only certified service animals are welcome, just please let us know you will bring them beforehand. We will charge you a pet incidental fee if you are suspected of bringing a non-certified service animal on property.
Damage/Theft
Guests are responsible for any damage or theft. Charges apply for damage to property or missing items. Please report any issues upon arrival to avoid charges. See the Terms page for additional information.
