CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICIES

  • Check-In: 4:00 PM
  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early Check in is not guaranteed. If you arrive prior to check in time you are welcomed to store items with our staff. Late check out is based on availability and requires an additional fee. Checking out later than 6:00 pm will result in being charged for an additional night’s stay



PARKING

Parking is street parking only, and subject to availability. There is no parking through the hotel at this time.



DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS

Standard Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is due upfront to hold your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged on the 7th day before check-in. Should we try to collect your deposit, and we cannot reach you to pay, your reservation will be cancelled. Accepted forms of payment are: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.



Advanced Purchase/Non-refundable Rate Payment Policy

100% is due at the time of booking. Should we try to collect your balance, and we cannot reach you to pay, your reservation will be cancelled. Accepted forms of payment are: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.



Third Party Bookings

Online travel agencies such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc. each have their own payment policies. Please read the policies located on our page within their site to see how you will be charged.



PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Promotional offers cannot be combined with each other, or with other discounted rates. Each reservation only qualifies for one discount at a time. Promo codes can only be used with Best Available Rate pricing.



CANCELLATION

Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requested 7 days prior to check in or more, is fully refundable. 6 days (or less) before check-in, is non-refundable. Refunds requested after a guest has checked in will be denied. Also, removing days from a stay outside our cancellation window or while already in house, will not be refunded.



Advanced Purchase/Non-refundable Rate Cancellation Policy

All reservations booked as advanced purchase, or non-refundable, are non-refundable immediately after booking. There will be no exceptions.

  • Upon arrival, please present your ID in the bar to collect your items.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

The best way to request items to your room is to send us a text or give us a call at 864-863-7438. Requests are delivered until 8pm. After 8pm emergency requests only.



QUIET HOURS

In respect of every guest, our quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.



SMOKING

Our property is non-smoking rooms only. If smoking is suspected in your unit you will be charged an incidentals fee of up to $250, depending on the unit size. To find areas where smoking is accepted please ask our staff members.



PETS

We are a pet free location. Certified service animals are welcomed, just please let us know you will bring them beforehand. If brought unexpectedly you may be charged a pet incidentals fee.



DAMAGES/THEFT

  • Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing, and equipment will be charged up to 150% of full, and/or new replacement value. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
  • You are also liable for any theft caused (whether by the deliberant, negligence, or reckless act to the room(s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you, or any person in your party) whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay. Without limitation for all missing items (including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, linens, art work, toiletries, etc.), smoking fee, cleaning fee, and pet violations. Please report damaged or missing items, if found on arrival to avoid these charges.
