How Do I check In?
We do check in differently at Drift. Your arrival starts with a text message and email the day before your arrival with pre check in instructions. Once that is complete, on the day of your arrival, we’ll text and email your room number and key code once your room is ready and you can head straight there upon arrival.
So There's no Concierge?
Our digital concierge, Eve, is available via text 8am - 11pm (EST). She’ll direct you to the best local sights, recommend a great cocktail, or remind you of the wifi password if you forget it, all via text message.
Can I Bring a Pet?
While we love pets, unfortunately, we can’t accommodate them here at Drift.
When And How Do I pay?
We ask for first nights' room rate plus tax upfront, with the remaining collected a week before your stay. If you book within seven days, we ask for 100% upfront.
DO YOU HAVE A DESTINATION FEE?
Yes, we charge a nightly Destination Fee which covers WiFi, self-parking, pool access/towels, weekend yoga, bike rentals, in-room coffee, and welcome drinks.
Do you Have a Gym?
We don’t have a gym onsite, but we’d be happy to recommend some local exercise studios for you to try out. Complimentary yoga mats and PUBLIC bike rentals are also available to use throughout the property. Just ask a Drift team member and they’ll set you up.
Is There Housekeeping?
If you’d like your room tidied up, just shoot Eve a text and we’ll arrange it for you for an additional fee.
Is There Security?
Yes, we have overnight security at all Drift hotels.
Do You Have a Free Wifi?
Yes, we have you covered with complimentary WiFi in all spaces.
When Can I go to the Pool?
The pool is open from 8am - 10pm daily, and the pool bar is serving food and drink from 11am - 7pm daily. Pool loungers are first come, first served. The cabanas are available to rent and can be reserved by visiting the bar.
Can you accommodate guests with autism or sensory sensitivities?
Yes. Drift Palm Springs is a Certified Autism Center, with 80% of our staff trained and certified in providing an inclusive, welcoming environment for all guests.
What About Food?
We offer food and drink at Maleza, our Baja-inspired restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Reservations are encouraged and can be made here. We also have a stocked in-room pantry with local goods, snacks, and drinks for purchase in all suites if you’d prefer to go that route. If you’re looking for a local rec, text Eve and she can send you to some of her favorite spots in the area.
Can I Host a Meeting or Event?
Absolutely. We do everything from 12-person meetings to full hotel buyouts so chat with a team member if you’re interested in booking a wedding, group, or corporate event.
What is the parking Situation?
We offer free self-parking in our lot on property on a first come, first served basis. There is also free city parking in the lot directly across the street.
IS SMOKING PERMITTED ON PROPERTY?
No, all of our rooms and spaces are non-smoking. If smoking is suspected, you will be charged an incidentals fee to cover the cleaning cost.
